Refund Policy
1. General Policy
TeRexDevs provides digital services and managed solutions. Due to the nature of our work, all payments are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed or work has started.
2. Service-Based Work
Most of our offerings are service-based (website development, system setup, customization).
- If work has not started, a refund may be considered.
- If work is already in progress, no refund will be provided for completed or ongoing work.
- Once the project is completed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Ready-Made Solutions
Ready-made systems are provided as managed solutions and not as downloadable products.
- No refunds are provided after access is given or setup is initiated.
- Source code is not included unless specifically agreed.
4. Payment & Work Flow
Orders are processed based on the token system generated after placing an order.
- Work begins only after order confirmation.
- In some cases, after-work or milestone-based payment is applied.
- Failure to complete payment may result in work being paused or cancelled.
5. Issue Resolution
If you face any issue with the service provided, our team will work to resolve it.
- Support is provided through dashboard or official contact channels.
- We aim to fix issues instead of offering refunds.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Misunderstanding of features that were already described.
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the system.
- Delay caused due to missing information from client side.
7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of TeRexDevs. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
