All products and systems provided by TeRexDevs are owned by us unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Ready-made solutions do not include source code access.
  • Projects are provided as managed systems, not full ownership transfers.
  • Custom projects may include source code only if agreed in writing.
  • Reselling, sharing, or copying our systems is strictly not allowed.

3. Access & Control

You will receive necessary access to operate your system. Full backend or server-level access is not guaranteed for all projects.

  • We maintain control over core system architecture.
  • Access is provided based on project type and security needs.

4. Orders & Workflow

All orders are processed through our platform.

  • Each order generates a unique token.
  • You must share this token with our team to start processing.
  • Order progress will be updated in your dashboard.

5. Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the service.

  • Some services may follow after-work or milestone-based payment.
  • Work may be paused if payment is not completed on time.
  • All payments are final unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or delivery is made.

  • Please review details before placing an order.
  • Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases.

7. Support & Maintenance

Support is provided through your dashboard or official contact channels.

  • Maintenance is available on request.
  • Response time may vary depending on workload.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, downtime, or damages caused by misuse, third-party issues, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
